Hello! I am Dr. Jessica Chen. I was born and raised in Southern California. As much as I miss California, I decided to make Florida my home after experiencing the cold in West Virginia. I needed to get somewhere that is warm consistently. I recently graduated and decided to stay with Gardner Audiology after I finished my externship. I got into Audiology because I love helping people reconnect with their world. If I’m not busy and not at work, I’m playing piano, playing video games with my fiancé, Zach or buying new toys for my cat, Pebble.

“Good people and good product. Worst customer service I have seen. Bad service due to policies set by management. They will not see you for service unless you have an appt. And those are designed to sell you hearing aids. Once you are out of warrantee you cannot go in for cleaning or supplies without an appt. They like your money though.”

Gardner Audiology, established in 1987, is a hearing healthcare company with multiple locations throughout the Tampa Bay area. We are Doctors of Audiology, not salespersons, who are dedicated to improving people’s lives with the best possible hearing through compassion, innovation, and expertise in all aspects of hearing healthcare. Our primary mission is to solve hearing problems.
Our founder and CEO, Dan Gardner, earned his graduate degree in audiology from the University of South Florida. He has over 37 years of hearing industry experience.
All Gardner Audiologists have earned a Doctoral Degree. They are certified by or are members of:

- Certified Industrial Trainer
- Florida Academy of Audiology

Gardner Audiology provides diagnostic hearing exams and prescription hearing aid services to hospitals, physicians, and our own patients at locations in the Tampa Bay area.
