Dr. Ali McKeown, Au.D., CCC-A, is a Wichita native and joined HearingLife in 2015. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and doctorate in Audiology from Wichita State University. She completed her externship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, where she worked with a diverse population of patients. Dr. McKeown has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology through the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, allowing her to mentor students going through the audiology program. She enjoys learning about her patients as she helps guide them through their hearing health journey.

Misty Crespo grew up in Cleveland, Tennessee. She has been a licensed hearing care professional since 2015, working in the South, West, and now the Midwest. Misty started in the hearing care field in 2008, as a Patient Care Coordinator. After witnessing the life-changing moment of someone being treated for their hearing loss for the very first time, she began the process of obtaining her Hearing Instrument Specialist license. Misty also has a bachelor’s degree in Music, Vocal Performance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.She resides in Wichita, Kansas with her husband and daughter. She enjoys time with her family, traveling, photography and music.

“the receptionist personality was so bubbly and nice. Misty my hearing specialist. Her knowledge and actions for caring for peoples hearing Made me feel warm.”
“When I came in to order the hearing aids I was told they would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. I checked back after 3 weeks and they were not in and Sarah, the receptionist, said she could not track or give me status on the hearing aids. I waited another week and still nothing. I finally called my insurer to see if they could help. After many hours on the phone with them and then it was well over 4 weeks since I placed the order, I found out that the order had NOT been submitted by this clinic. My insurer got involved and the order was placed but I did not receive my hearing aids for over a month. Very poor customer service. Do not use this clinic on North Webb road.”
“Dr Katie is excellent, however the front desk staff seems to drop the ball. We were told hearing aids would be in in 2 days which is not the policy of their corporate office/warehouse. Front desk staff would not return messages or follow up with details after pledging to call back with a status. Not impressed with customer service at all and this delayed our order for about a month. ”
