“I have been a patient of Advanced Audiology Associates in Yarmouth Port, MA since December of 2013 after I was advised by my Ear, Nose and Throat doctor in Hyannis that I would benefit from Hearing Aids in both ears. He recommended Tiffany Pfleger, Au.D., FAAA. Dr. Pfleger explained my options and I decided on Oticon hearing aids. I have just purchased my third pair of Oticon hearing aids from Dr. Pfleger. These are the Oticon Real 1 miniRITE R with the Li-ion Smart Charger and the TV Adapter 3.0. I could not be happier with these hearing aids. They utilize Artificial Intelligence to make hearing and word comprehension much improved over previous aids. Hearing is much easier now; I can hear things I haven’t heard in years like birds singing, the beep at the end of coffee maker and microwave cycles. I am able to enjoy listening to music again on my Bose Sound Wave radio instead of just hearing noise. The hearing experience with these new aids is more like a hearing person being able to hear and differentiate several sources of sound at the same time. Advanced Audiology’s office is very pleasant. They all are experienced and take the time to answer patients’ questions and concerns. Follow-up, adjustments and service are handled promptly. Dr. Pfleger always goes the extra mile to be sure her patients are well taken care of and have the information they need to make intelligent decisions as to what, if any, hearing aids would be of the most benefit. She never attempts to persuade a patient to “buy”. I recommend her and her office without hesitation . They are exceptional!”
