Audiologist
Dr. Kevin Ihrman is the Chief of Audiology at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital. He is a New York State licensed audiologist who is also board certified in audiology by the American Board of Audiology (ABA).
Kevin earned his Master of Science degree in Audiology from the State University of New York at Fredonia and his Doctorate in Audiology from The George Osborne School of Audiology at Salus University. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Kevin sees patients of all ages and specializes in comprehensive audiological evaluations for people of all ages, Central Auditory Processing Disorders (CAPD), hearing aid dispensing and Tinnitus Retraining Therapy (TRT).

“I have been going to Sunnyview Hearing Center since about 1997-98. Dr. Anne Gallant, who retired in about 2007, was my first Dr. My experience with her was very good. Then, Dr. Kate Meade took over. Every visit I have with her is productive, informational, and professional. Everyone's hearing ability is so different. She strives to program the aids to give me the best possible hearing I can achieve. I would recommend Sunnyview Hearing Center to anyone. However, you must work with them to achieve the best results. ”
“The one star is for the very nice and respectful receptionist who eased my worries. My experience here was horrendous. There was no professional introduction where the doctor says something like, "Nice to meet you, Catherine, I am Dr. _____, and I am going to be working with you today!" After we walked into a room down the hallway instead of getting to know me and hearing me out. This doctor probably read my medical records and decided that they were going to take over her opinion of me. I would never recommend seeing Doctor Halinski or any Doctor who cannot take the few minutes to get to know their new patient before profiling them. ”
