“THE VERY BEST ADVICE AND SERVICES AT A TIME WHERE THERE ARE VERY MANY HEARING AID OPTIONS !!! I was recommended to get a Signia cross system, which actually gave me the ability to hear sound from my deaf side, for the first time in my life! The other side has a great hearing aid that has given me a new sense of freedom in that I no longer miss spoken word during conversations. The hearing aids pair up from an app on my I phone...truly great tech!! I do not need a Bluetooth for my cell phone !!! Perfect conversations !! These hearing aids are so very comfortable, that I kept them in for 14 hours my first day wearing them!!! They have super batteries that get charged at night and they last for 20 hours!! I have been half deaf my entire life, and I had progreesive loss in my good ear. These hearing aids are an answer to a very old problem for me! I also have to say that both Audiologists at this facility are THE BEST when it comes to service and patience and overall performance! The entire staff was very helpfull and patient with me and I am so very grateful that I found this facility! I am an experienced hearing aid user, and have been to many audiologists throughout my life prior to having this exceptional experience, so I can really appreciate the difference this is making in both my professional life, and my personal life !! “Having brought my 82 year old mother in this summer, when her primary care physician was brilliant enough to connect my mother's issues with memory loss and having difficulty hearing, the knowledge and helpful support we gained from EVERYONE in this office has been a total life changer for us. In our initial consultation, we were listened to, educated on some very important biological facts about hearing loss that we did not know before, and seamlessly supported in finding a hearing aid solution that she could handle in her day to day life. From stage one when the Doctors' assessed her through testing and easily described her diagnosis, to step two where we were given a variety of options for hearing aids, to the hands on learning of using the devices, I was highly impressed with the professionalism, knowledge base, and execution from start to finish. In addition, the scheduling and troubleshooting for maintenance is provided in a most convenient manner. In addition to working with highly effective physicians and interns, the front desk staff were all pleasant when helping us with payments, appointments, and office questions. Finally, the appointments are usually prompt, so there is very little time in the waiting room, and atmosphere of the office is beautiful!
