“My Dr. referred me to NH ENT. It was only a matter of day until they called and set my appointment. I was surprised it was for the next week, but grateful. I arrived early enough to do my pre register before my appointment time. I was taken back promptly and seen by Cadie Hanes within 10 min. She was very knowledgeable about my problem and issued a prescription and a referral to have a sinus scan done in a few weeks. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from everyone at the clinic. ”

“The service I receive was good but the time that I spent waiting to seeing a doctor was ridiculous. I checked in with my husband @ 8:30am. My appointment was at 9o’clock I was taken to room about 9:30. I didn’t see anyone untill 10:00, than was moved to another room I asked what’s taking so long was inform I’m next. The issue why I came was resolve quickly. I should not have to sit in an office, being the first one there at 8:30 and including filling out a new patient packet, then leave after 10:35 is too long to be in a doctors office when others 3 that I saw came, one to completed filling out new patient packet. One person came behind me and said 9:30 appointment and filling out new patient information packet. They we’re long gone and I’m still in the office. No seen. My son and her son was out in the vehicle watching people come in and out and wondering what’s going on with me. No one explain to me why delay.... I was very disappointed in the time service I received. Was I forgotten office needs to do better and say something to patient when they know they’ve been there a long time....”

“The shock of communicating with the office over the phone. Never in my life had more unfriendly, boorish communication! Reluctance to help, listen to the patient! A funeral happened in my family and I wanted to change the date of my visit to another day. All my information was in the computer system. Interrupted. Then they hung up !!! Doctors lose their clients! How can you pick up unqualified staff? I will look for another office. Horror!!!”
