“My insurance company made my appointment for a consultation to solve a problem with tinnitus. I was fitted for hearing aids to resolve this issue during my visit there. Kip was very cordial, helpful and took his time explaining why I needed the particular hearing aid that I purchased during my visit there. The hearing aid he fitted for me gets rid of 90% or more of the horrible ringing in my left ear and it's wonderful to not hear that any longer. The visit was prompt and comfortable and parking is plentiful and easy. The lady who handled my insurance claim was also very kind and helpful as well.
