“I was greated warmly and timely. The audiologist Erin explained the testing and spoke directly to me so that I could see her lips. Erin began testing in sound proof booth and between each test she came to the booth so I could see her lips. Speaking to someone face to face is so important if you can't hear, this is a big plus. Erin asked me to explain the most important situations in my life to be able to hear. She then explained not told me, the products that could meet my hearing needs. This Audiologist gets my vote for great bedside manor.”

I waited in the parking lot while she programmed it and then came outside to talk with me and answer my questions. I went back to Rebecca and she set my hearing aids where they gradually increased power over several weeks. I work in a very noisy environment, so she set them where I can block out some of the background noise, if I need to. Once I got used to them, they became part of me!! I put them on in the morning and I don't take them out until bedtime. They are so comfortable that sometimes I forget to take them out, before bed. I like them very very much. Now I can't do without them.”
