“I was missing the softer sounds of life like the birds chirping, the leaves rustling in the breeze, soft spoken people and the radio/TV volume was getting higher & higher. I found Heart Ear Boutique on the internet, then one of my massage clients said she went there & Bob LaCosta was great! At my appointment, Bob spent 2 hours with me. The hearing test was so thorough, he explained the results clearly, where my hearing loss was in my ear, answered all my questions, spoke about advances in hearing aide technology, went over my hearing needs & different options, then sent me home with demo hearing aids for a week. Oh to hear again!!! To hear the birds in the trees again was almost startling, the rushing creek water going by, in a large meeting I heard everyone speak without missing anything, the radio/ & TV volume is lower & I could hear someone talking from another room. Sounds I didn't even realize I was missing like the creaking of walking up the stairs, the car door when being pushed open, so many other little things I can hear now. LaCosta, BC-HIS has been serving the hearing impaired for a quarter of a century and his wife, Vincenzina Cavaleri, has been a hearing health practice manager for a decade. Their desire is to bring health care back to a personal, unrushed level while providing a convenient, first-floor, curbside office in an accessible location.
With two locations, we are proud to serve the residents of the communities in and around Hannacroix, Coxsackie, W. Coxsackie, Earlton, S. Cairo, Cairo, Climax, Greenville, and Catskill.
Our Coxsackie office is located on Hope Plaza in the Shoppes at Hope Plaza with Tops Supermarket.
