She ran some tests to determine my current hearing abilities, shared the results immediately after the tests, described what was going on with my hearing, gave me some proactive steps to protect my hearing, and was able to order some custom fitting ear plugs to use at my noisy job. They took a few weeks to make and arrive, but it was definitely worth the wait. The earplugs are clear so no one notices them and I'm able to converse with my co-workers while greatly toning down the ambient machine noise. Getting an appointment to fit my schedule was easy. Parking is available extremely close to her office. Warm reception area with a very personable receptionist. The appointment and earplugs were very affordable for my budget. Don't waste your time driving to Evansville or Bloomington for an audiologist when we have a great one right here in Dubois County.”
