Jason Boole,
MD
Dr. Jason Boole graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University with a BA in Chemistry and minor in Biology then went on to The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine where he graduated in the top quartile of his class. Dr. Boole served in the US Army as the Chief of Otolaryngology at Martin Army Community Hospital at Ft. Benning, as a teaching faculty member and the acting residency program director at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston. After he completed his military service, he relocated with his family to Fort Walton Beach where he joined a multi-specialty group on the Emerald Coast.
Dr.Poole founded Northwest Florida ENT to grow an innovative, cutting edge single specialty practice designed to serve the ear, nose and throat needs of the great people of this region.
