“I have a friend who bought hearing aids in April, 2023. She is having issues with them and needs adjustment. She was told when she got got them that she could walk in and get them adjusted without an appointment. This is 6 months later and I tried to get her an appointment for adjusting. They can’t get to her until January 3, 2024. That is totally unacceptable service!”
