She did a hearing test and a BPPV test to see if that was an issue. She was vigilant in explaining the process of each procedure. She was very understanding and was willing to listen to all of my symptoms and took the time to explain potential causes or irrelevance in an educating and professional manner. ”

“I had an extremely bad experience with ENT Specialists. They were extremely rude, uncaring, and have aggressive billing techniques. At the end of July I received a bill for not only services that did not benefit me but also a "no show fee" on a day I showed up. The audiologist LEFT THE OFFICE when I was 20 minutes late, did not call me the next day, and their rude staff only responded with "your late, you need to reschedule" even though I had driven an hour through heavy snow and multiple wrecks on I-15 to get there. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND. I have tried for months to contact the owners of this company only to be ignored. Do yourself a favor and go to another provider (where they truly care, will follow up, have guarantees on their work and your satisfaction, and will take good care of you.)”
