“I have had my hearing aids for a year now. They are working great but I lost one during some high winds. I called and Barbara got a replacement for me ASAP. The new one needed to be programmed to work with my blue tooth phone so an appointment was setup. During my appointment Bill and Darlene reprogrammed my hearing aids and then went the next step and fine tuned them on their computer. They made sure I was good with the new settings before I left their clinic. They always make me feel comfortable and let me know to come back if there are any issues. “I am from Illinois and bought new hearing aids for thousands of dollars but the sound was terrible!!! One of the hearing aids hurt my ears, which I told them in Illinois. Well at Audiology & Hearing Care of SWFL, he quickly found out what my problem was. He used a camera so I could also see. There was hardened wax in both ears which no one in Illinois saw and I had an area in one ear that was bleeding because of the wax. He also told me the correct way to put the hearing aids in, which no one else ever did. It made a difference in the sound.
