“I want to again commend this hearing aid facility. I visit the location in Valdosta and they continue to be helpful, patient, kind, honest, and knowledgeable . They are the best in Valdosta in my opinion. They care able the person after the sale is made and have never been rude. ”
“They, supposedly, refurbished my Phonak hearing aids. They are now worse than when I sent then in for repair. Now, the remote control doesn't work and they don't magnify sounds! I hear better without them! ”

“My hearing aid fell right out of my ear and busted in half. I thought for sure it was done. I found Valdosta Hearing Aid Center online and called them. They were more than willing to have me send in the aid and let them evaluate at no charge. They evaluated the aid and called me to tell me they could fix it. I was ecstatic! They shipped it back to me and I was even more ecstatic! It works GREAT. I thank them everyday!! ”
