“This was a life-enhancing event for me, thanks to Dr. Traci Woods. Unlike the typical patient with 'hearing loss' issues, I had come to realize, after doing a lot of research, that my problem was just the opposite and it was driving me crazy. I am super sensitive to sound, noises, crowds, etc. This has caused a great deal of anxiety for me. Not realizing there was much I could do about it but plug my ears - hard to do in social situations - I went to see Dr. Woods. She completely understood and clearly explained to me what I was experiencing. What a pleasant surprise !! She made custom fit 'ear plugs' for me to wear in situations where I felt the noise and stimulation was too much for me. They help to mute background noise to allow me to focus on a single conversation in a room, as opposed to hearing everyone all at once. Problem solved! Dr. Woods is very nice, very intelligent, easy to talk to and not at all pushy. She also administered a hearing test to my significant other, whom we knew had hearing loss issues. Very thorough with a clear explanation of test results followed. What I want people to know is that ALL hearing issues don't have to do with "hearing loss". Other problems related to hearing that can interfere in your daily life, and impact your stress and personality, can be helped as well. Who knew?? I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Traci Woods if you have any issues regarding hearing. She's very, very knowledgeable. Thank you so much. ”

“I had given up on wearing my hearing aid because it was difficult to hear with this large mold that took up my whole ear. Gina removed the mold and substituted a small device that fits in my canal along with a plastic tubing to prevent the hearing aid from falling out. Today I inserted the hearing in the canals with little difficulty around 7:00 am and it is now 3:30 and I still have my hearing aids on. I could never keep my old hearing aids in my ear fir more than 4-5;hrs due to itching etc. Thank you Gina”
