“This was my first visit to West Boca Hearing Center. After my extensive interview by Craig, he conducted a hearing test and compared the findings to a previous test done up North. My present hearing aid was then examined on a computerized system by Angelo who made adjustments to the settings which greatly improved my ability to clearly hear surrounding conversation. “Recently I had trouble with my hearing aid, went to wear I purchased it and was told the rubber tip was still in my ear, just at the edge, I couldn’t get it out, and they told me they couldn’t do it, go to CVS or Walgreens, no one was able to help. I remembered there was a hearing center on Glades. I walked into west Boca Hearing Center, was greeted by a lovely receptionist, and out came Angelo Giordanelli, he immediately took out the tip, cleaned the aid, took out wax, and explained everything about my hearing.
