“From the onset of receiving my hearing aids, the right ear aid was intermittently working on & off. I mentioned this to Gabriel back in July. Now we’re into a new year and I’m still having the same problem. He was supposed to contact Resound to either get a replacement or have them checked. I have left him several messages & received no reply. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with this situation…”
