She earned a master’s degree in audiology from Syracuse University and a doctorate degree from Salus University in Pennsylvania. “ I am writing this review for my wife who is a patient of Emily Haines at the Batavia office. Her experience and mine has been outstanding during the entire procedure of obtaining hearing aids. Emily has been very patient explaining every aspect of the entire hearing process. She has a very outstanding personality, easy to talk to and extremely patient.
