“For purposes of stubbornness or vanity, I resisted getting hearing aids for at least 5 years (my wife says longer) but went to Mr. Case this week for a hearing test I thought would show me to be just fine-- it was other people that mumbled. Conducted a through, very patient test and reviewed the results showing I've lost roughly half my hearing!! Ordered 'in the ear' types (again, maybe vanity) that should be here in a week or so. Couldn't ask for a more professional, friendly thorough and patent practitioner. Costs are wide ranging and reasonable but flexible with excellent warranty and follow up. I f you think need hearing help (or your spouse does) I recommend this practice and Mr. Martin Case highly and without reservation.. On Shea just east of Saguaro next to the old Chase bank. ”

“We went to get my husband's hearing aids looked at. There was a sign on the door saying closed and will return at 12:30. It was 2 PM when we arrived. Called the local number and was told he must have stepped out for a minute but it was clearly at least 2 hours earlier. She said give him a little time and then I'll call his cell phone. I requested that she call it now as he was already 1-1/2 hours late. Sat on hold and finally left. She came back and said he was 5 minutes out. I said we had already left but would come back and how late would he be there. She said 430. I said for sure. We arrived at 4:10 and he was not there. The sign said he would return at 7. We had already driven a 1/2 hour up and had a 1/2 hour to go back. Now we'll have to send them to get them serviced as I refuse to drive that far only to have no one there. Poorest excuse for customer service I've ever seen.”
