“I've had a hearing loss since my teens, knew it... but lived in denial until recently. After finally surrendering to my family's pleadings I went to a hospital hearing center on a doctor referral. I found them competent, but 'sterile'---just a job to them. At a second center, my hearing specialist was very personable but didn't have the model I wanted. I called the company of the brand I wanted and they recommended this location in Xenia, OH... mere minutes from my home. Wanting to meet them first I drove to their location to make an appointment and was quickly comforted by the warm welcome from Rebecca behind the counter,. I made an appointment to see Hearing Aid Specialist, Julie Potter, I arrived that appointment morning anxious but only for a moment because the axiom was true, "the third time was the charm". Within minutes "Dr. Julie" came out to get ME in the waiting area--that was a first. With regular doctors and the previous hearing centers, I went to their office with them behind their desk or coming in later. Julie met me in the lobby, shook my hand, and walked me back to our examination room. That first class personal touch meant a lot. What happened over the next hour can only be described as 'magical', we synergized--it was an Out of Body-like Experience. Everything clicked, Julie knew what she was doing-i, and it was as if she could read my mind, knowing what I wanted then fitting me with what I needed. I don't think I've EVER felt so good purchasing a product (and still do). OH... on top of all that, I had no clue how or whether my insurance would cover this... but again, Julie and Rebecca were able to work their 'magic' making it all work together for good. God has placed two competent angels here. My ears and I have both been given a new life <3. ”
