Dr. Moore is a licensed audiologist who earned a bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University, a master's degree in audiology from Michigan State University and a doctorate in audiology from A.T. Still University. She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

“I had an appointment at 1:25 with Dr. Mauer. I was told to furnish a cell number and wait in my car to be called in. I waited for 45 minutes and never received a call either on my cell or at my home to check on why I wasn't there for the appointment. I finally left without seeing the doctor. ”
