“I decided to switch audiologists because Dr. Kancherla is not respectful of people's time. She seems competent enough as an audiologist but will keep you waiting 30+ minutes. When I first went to her for new hearing aids two years ago, after my initial hearing exam I scheduled my appointments directly after the office's lunch break since I was on my lunch break and wanted to assure I wouldn't have to wait. For both of those appointments, she herself returned really, really late from lunch while I sat in the waiting room in frustration. When she finally arrived and waltzed through the waiting room, there was no apology of any kind and still I waited while she did who knows what. Because I didn't make the effort to find someone new, I recently made an for appointment for an exam, again on my lunch break, and arrived at the office a bit early, in fact, at the same time she did. But it happened again. After waiting for nearly 30 minutes, I got my copay refunded and informed the receptionist I would not be returning. ”
