Lead Audiologist
Dr. Holly Conradt assesses and diagnoses hearing impairment and devises a treatment plan when appropriate for pediatric and adult patients. She aims to empower her patients by educating them about hearing loss, communication strategies, and hearing aids. She values forming a personal relationship with her patients in order to best meet their listening needs. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University and her Doctor of Audiology degree from The University of Texas at Austin. Her doctoral externship was completed in San Diego, CA, but as a fifth generation Texan, she is excited to practice audiology back in her home state!
Dr. Conradt enjoys reading, watching the latest TV show on Netflix, and traveling.
Elyssa Washburn,

Audiologist/Owner
Dr. Elyssa Washburn, earned both her Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Arkansas. She has gained experience through a wide variety of settings including hospitals, private practice, and ENT groups and is licensed by the State of Texas as a clinical and dispensing audiologist. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Her specialties include adult and pediatric testing, tinnitus and balance assessments and hearing technology.

“I have been a patient of Dr. Elyssa Washburn since she started this practice. My first purchased was Phonak HAs. Several years later, I purchased my current Oticon HAs. My hearing has steadily declined; so, we have steadily made changes. Her skills and care are exceptional. She is very patient and caring, is a very good listener, shows a thorough knowledge of the HAs (the fittings have been really good), is a wonderful problem solver, and gives me great advice on HA selections (and limitations). Most importantly, she understands the frustration in hearing loss - and how it impacts my communication with my wife. I drive from east Dallas (@ 30 miles in city traffic - one way) to visit her for "tune ups" - whenever my wife tells me that my hearing has declined. Each trip and "tune up" is wonderful. I am (we are) very, very fortunate to be part of her practice.”

Our Grapevine office is located on Ball street next to the Shell station, behind Andy's Frozen Custard. We are the blonde brick building with plenty of parking.
