“I am 65 years old and can say that this is the best that I have heard in a long time. I am totally deaf in my right ear and have lost most of the hearing in my left ear. I first found out about these hearing aids right before Christmas of 2022 and have had them for about 2 months and love them. They have changed my life. “I had been wearing aids for about 4 years, and was ready for new ones when a friend suggested that I try Hearing Health Center. That's when I met Fred Hutchison and the staff. They were friendly, knowlegeable and I purchased a set. 2 years later while I was there for servicing, Fred introduced me to the Widex Starkey instruments, which had more settings and could be paired to my cellphone. I purchased a set, but being an 88 year old geezer, I had trouble pairing. So I called the office for help, but when my help returned my call, it was Fred, himself, and he spent 15 or more minutes walking me through those instructions until I mastered it! I have been with Fred & his staff over 5 years, and have been extremely pleased with my aids and the service. Thanks, Fred, and keep up the good work of helping people.
