Diana Caudill has been working in the hearing care industry since 1999 and became a licensed hearing aid dispenser in 2001. She cares about every patient and specializes in helping people find the best solution for their hearing loss.
Diana is also a wife, mom, and grandma to her three grandchildren. She loves spending time with her family, traveling, swimming, reading, and daily walks with her dog.

“Tim at Earzlink changed the way I look at people with hearing aids . I tried to hide or just wear one so I thought I was hearing what I needed to. He listened to me and added options that it made such a difference in how I hear and enhancing my I phone to make it easier to get the best quality of sound . You can listen to General but I had no idea about a Comfort level that makes everything smooth and more pleasant . I highly recommend Earzlink and Tim ! ”

When we're working to restore hearing aids purchased elsewhere, we first seek to repair the instruments in our local office at no charge to the patient. Sometimes, though, that fails to resolve the issue. In that case, we're happy to send the instruments to the original manufacturer for repair or restoration. As we mentioned when you were here, you can always let us know if you need more help and we'll assist you. Please call our office so we can arrange to send your hearing aids to the manufacturer for repair.”
