Kelcey received her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences from Minnesota State University before earning her Doctorate in Audiology from Illinois State University. She holds a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Kelcey completed her externship at Peoria Ear, Nose, and Throat Group.
