“I liked the fact that she really took the time to explain things. She is very knowledgeable, very courteous, and very reasonably priced. She went into detail about why she priced it the way she did and what I was getting for the money. I had brought in all my other test had since 1999 and she was able to relate so I knew she was being honest she wasn't trying to give me a sales pitch. She was one of the best people I've ever worked with. ”
