“I had a severe noise exposure several months ago and suffered marked damage to my hearing.I was seen promptly by Dr. Simeo and he made some adjustments to my hearing aids that really helped.as time passed I returned as my hearing was worsening.I was seen by Hayley.She was extraordinarily helpful.She checked and cleaned my devices and suspected both had acquired internal damage and arranged to send them to the factory. She arranged loaners for me pending the outcome from the factory.When the hearing aids were returned the were wonderful .There were some software issues and she worked on these until they were resolved.I have never experienced such caring by professionals. Every time I have had a problem the staff there has gone above expectations. I highly recommend this for all hearing problems.”

“My mother has severe hearing loss. We saw Dr. Simeo initially to consider bi-cross hearing aids and get a hearing test. My parents ultimately decided to see if a newly reconditioned pair of dad’s hearing aids would work for my mother as they were a quality brand and like new. Dr. Simeo assisted us in locating a hearing specialist that dealt with that brand and even guided me in what to let them know we needed. Additionally, she went ahead and made the molds for the ear pieces at no cost in case mom decided she still wanted the bi-cross but also advised us if we chose to get those through the other specialist that would be fine. This is above and beyond service. Dr. Simeo was acting in the best interests of my mother versus focusing on her bottom line. I would highly recommend Hearing Solution and Dr. Simeo for their customer service and level of integrity. ”

They have been caring for my hearing for many years now. I have a profound hearing loss and they have never hesitated help me with getting hearing aids so that I could hear well. And when I needed help getting hearing aids they never hesitated to find a way to meet that need for me. They have blessed me over the years. I'll never forget when I got some better hearing aids through them and I had to ask Dr. Scott what noise was "I did not recall hearing it before". As I described it He told me it was the air coming out of the air-condition vents. It is the small things you don't realize you are missing until someone in your life makes it better. They checked my hearing aids for me and found a problem in my hearing aids that I didn't know there was because I could not hear the difference. These wonderful people were right there taking care of it, just to make sure my hearing aids worked to the best as they were made to . When I got my hearing aids back I could tell the difference of them being fixed. God has blessed me with these wonderful people over the years. I am so grateful for this particular group of people at Hearing Solutions. They are not just trying to sell hearing aids they are truly caring for those with a hearing loss to improve peoples lives. I would not want to go anywhere else.”
