Audiologist
Dr. Mackintosh is a State of Oregon licensed audiologist. She earned her master’s degree in audiology from the University of Maryland. Dr. Mackintosh holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
