“I m not sure I have the name correct, but my letter of commendation is for the young lady who was at your front office on Friday, May 26, 2023. Late in the afternoon of this date I realized that I had trouble with one of my hearing aids. It was about ten to five and I knew it was too late to see anyone that day but called to ask if the office would be open on Saturday. She said the office would close in about ten minutes and not open until Tuesday, adding that she would be willing to wait for me if I wanted to come in right then. I said that I lived an hour away and she repeated that she would wait for me if I wanted to come in. I arrived at your office right at six pm . She was very pleasant and fixed the problem . I apologized and thanked her which she accepted very graciously adding that she had work she had work she was able to do while she waited for me. Then she apologized to me because I had to drive all that way to get the hearing aid fixed. I was very appreciative for not having to face the long holiday weekend with a malfunctioning hearing aid . I suggest to you that in this young lady you have a very valuable staff member.”
