“This was the worst experience I have ever had with an audiologist. The inexperience of the audiologists at this location is painfully obvious and so incredibly damaging to patients with disabilities who are in need of help. Not only was the audiologist rude, unaccomodating, and inexperienced, she caused a lot of unnecessary distress and the report had several inaccuracies about what I reported during my visit. I would never recommend someone choose this place. I would rather pay out of pocket then go back here. You will not be treated fairly, respectfully, or honestly.”

“I called to make an appointment. I have had a hearing test at this clinic in the past. This time I was told I couldn't have an appointment unless my Primary Care doctor sends in a written authorization. I was told if I didn't get the Primary Care doctor authorization I would be charged. I was told this is policy that is set by Scripps new EPIC system. I called the executive office and was told that this is the first time they received this kind of call. I was given EPIC contacts. It seems like all of this is another way for Scripps to get more money and waste a patient's time.”
