He recommended the practice of Duncan & Nulph. When I first entered their office I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Doctor Nulph was the same, I explained the problem I was having with my existing h/aids, she did an audio test. After the test she recommended hearing aid that would work for my hearing problems. She made some audio adjustments and told me I could try them for a couple weeks, and could make adjustments as needed. At home I discovered I could watch tv again with the volume turned way down. Plus the background music of movies no longer drowned out the actors voices. I was hearing again and it is great.
