“I'm still here waiting to get a hearing test. My biggest issue here is none of the staff including Dr. Kaiser are wearing masks. When I brought that up to him, he said they're all vaccinated. I said, so am I. Then asked me why I'm wearing a mask then. I said extra protection. When I asked the same q to the audiologist, she asked me if I want her to wear a mask. When I said yes, she wore a mask and we proceeded with the hearing test. That was better. ”

Whether you come to us by physician referral or personal referral, you will receive the same high quality care. In most cases your initial appointment with the physician will be a consultation in the office, where you will discuss your health history and specific issues.
