Andrea Karlin is extremely competent and knowledgeable, but when she doesn't have an answer, like Rikki-Tiki-Tavi, she runs and finds out. She obviously cares about her patients and helping them overcome the insidious, and yes, dangerous, problem of hearing loss.”
