“During the weekend my hearing aid plumbing came apart and would not hold together. I glued it back together and went into the office on Tuesday noon. (I thought they were closed due to Presidents Day.) With a smile they took my AIDS off in a cup. I took a nap and I was awoken with fixed hearing aids. Great place to do business with. Very service oriented.”

“I have called for 3 days to get my free hearing aide batteries. Message says they will return your call in 24-48 hours. Finally went in person to find them closed. If it is due to covid, change the phone message or leave a notice on the door. I do not even know if they will open again. i will probably have to buy batteries.”
