“The office is highly disorganized and unprofessional. We have been waiting 6 months for an appointment that has been rescheduled twice now. They can no longer get us in with an actual doctor without waiting several more months. My child can’t hear and there is no concern about how that is affecting his life. Office staff is not kind. They also don’t honor their cancellation list and will only give canceled spots to those that are able to call in every day first thing in the morning to check for cancellations. One of the worst experiences I’ve had with a doctor’s office. ”
