An active member of the International Hearing Society, Victoria Elaine Peters has been in the hearing instrument field for 15 years. Victoria is committed to providing excellent hearing health care, as evidenced by her continual efforts to participate in advanced training opportunities. She views counseling patients and their families about hearing loss as one of the most important parts of her job. Victoria Peters is a board-certified hearing instrument specialist and a certified occupational hearing conservationist.

“I have suffered with hearing loss my entire life. Having traveled much I have used many audiologists and ENTS. Hanover Hearing is my second hearing aid vendor. I am OCD to a degree and always concerned with detail and answers to my questions. I do not give ratings lightly. My experience with Hanover Hearing requires me to give them a 5/5 full endorsement. I have never had a problem or concern that they have not attended to, to my satisfaction, by either the same or next day. It is my opinion base on much experience that they have equipped me with not the most expensive, but the optimal device for my particular situation.
