“I have deafness in one ear due to an acoustic neuroma. Bradley was able to evaluate the hearing in my "good ear", and suggested I use Signia CROS Pure C & G AX rechargeable aids, replacing an older, battery powered set. He carefully explained the functions, described the technology, and made custom molds for insertion into my ear canals to prevent the ear pieces from falling out, which had been a problem when using masks. I had given up on being able to have normal conversations until I used the new aids. It was really a life changer for me. No more close captioning for TV.”
