“I normally don’t like to write reviews but I just can’t stand with how this office running the business with horrible unprofessional “management “. The office manager has messed up my appointment by canceling and rescheduling my appointment with any notification. I took time off to drive there and they told my my appointment got canceled. I indicated I should get advancement notice she said you will be get today. Didn’t even have any apologies. She is very rude and unprofessional!!!! I scheduled my appointment few months ago. I received the email with reminder three days ago. Then I took some time off come to the office on Friday morning. They checked me in and asked me to sit in the waiting area to wait. After 10 minutes wait, then I was told that my appointment has reschedule next Monday. I showed the email reminder and told them I didn’t get any emails and call regarding they canceled and rescheduled my appointment. Then they said if you want you can see someone else. While I came here to see a special list dr which is the dr I have been seeing. I asked why I didn’t get notified with rescheduling? They said they told some one name Ashely whom is on the leave. And said you will get notification today. I said I should get in advance not I came for the appointment then told me I will get later. The manager even never with any apologies instead was very unprofessional. They are wasting my time and didn’t realize that they mess up the scheduling and don’t handle things correctly. ”
