Dr. Noël Crosby has over 30 years of experience as an audiologist. She earned her Masters degree from Florida State University and her doctorate in clinical audiology from the University of Florida. Dr. Crosby worked at The Silverstein Institute for 14 years, for the last six of which she was Director of Audiology. While there she helped to establish the Institute's cochlear implant program as well as Sarasota Memorial Hospital's infant hearing screening program.

“My husband and I have been going here for over 9 years and felt they were excellent, but in the last year and a half the service has been poor. Elderly people who purchase thousands of dollars worth of hearing aids deserve good service for them. Now they are only open three days a week 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. We just brought one of our aids in for repair, paid $250.00 got it back and a few weeks later it's still not working...drive down on two occasions only to find out that again no one was available to even look at it. The receptionist has an attitude..disresptful, no concern at all that without the aid some people can't hear at all, nor to offer a refund money if they can't fix them. Would not recommend them anymore.”

“My Dad, was desperately needing help with his hearing loss. It has taken 10 years to finally get him to agree with testing. From my phone call with Miss Rhonda through his off appointment with Dr. Noel Crosby, it was absolutely wonderful. My Dad was treated very professionally , having had an extensive examination along with cerumen impaction removal, testing and the ability to have an opportunity to trial hearing aids . It still brings tears to my eyes when I saw my Dad’s face light up when he could actually hear and begin to understand the spoken words in our conversation. “I stopped in today 3/18/19 because my right hearing aid stopped working and I have only had them for 9 months. I got them up North so wasn't sure if I could get help down here. But I had a terrific experience. The lady working their took my hearing aid and repaired it for me. She was welcoming, pleasant and put my fears at rest. “I traded in a pair of 5 year old Oticon hearing aides for the Oticon Opn 1. Wow- what a difference. The new hearing aide is far superior and I now can hear the TV clearly and generally hear much better. I have been wearing hearing aides for more than ten years and I consider the Opn 1 a breakthrough product or a quantum improvement over my older hearing aides. Better yet, I can stream my phone calls from my phone directly to my hearing aides.. I also stream audio books, Netflix, and music by blue tooth directly to my phone. This is far superior to listening to my IPAD
Dr Crosby did a great job of setting up my hearing programs and teaching me how to use the new hearing aides. It takes a few visits but it is well worth the effort.”

“I have been going to Dr. Crosby for about 5 years & I have to say she is utterly awesome! With my oddball ears she was able to fit me into a pair of hearing aids that are comfortable & work well. She also gave me the best hearing tests I ever had.
She also has a great group of people in her office, Mike always makes me laugh & Renee keeps my aids working in tip-top shape. I just recently started working with Rob, the new hearing specialist in their office.
