“My father is a patient with the ENTs next door. Leah is nice and professional, however she has horrible follow up. I have left two messages in the past two weeks to obtain a written estimate, or at least a phone call, and she has yet to provide me with one. I even stopped in at my last father's ENT visit, and she said to us at our first meeting, "just stop by if you have questions," but instead I get the run around with the front desk, "Oh she's with patients." I was right there looking at her, and she never acknowledged me. I understand she has many patients and is very busy, but frankly it is no excuse. I am also a healthcare provider in this community, and if I do not follow up with my patients, they become frustrated and disenchanted with my service. We will continue to use the ENTs, but I will not recommend, working with Leah. One can easily go elsewhere and this is what we are choosing to do.”
