“Dr. Grable provided excellent service. She took time with me and listened to my concerns. Since receiving my hearing devices, I have been amazed by the results. Before receiving my hearing devices, I turned my TV up to 80. Now I have it between 10 and 12 - what a difference! Also, I could not hear several people in my friends and family but I didn't like asking them to repeat what was being said. I blamed wearing the mask when I couldn't hear my doctors. I stopped attending some church activities and meetings because of my hearing loss. As you can see (hear) I am very happy with the service and the devices I now have. I really wished I had them sooner but I was going through some medical issues. There have been a few negative issues but I am certain I can work through these. Thank you Dr. Grable. ”
