The Towson University Speech, Language and Hearing Center provides a range of audiology and hearing care services for both children and adults. They are staffed by a team of highly-qualified licensed Doctors of Audiology.
They offer:
- Hearing evaluations
- Hearing aid evaluation and fittings
- Assistive listening devices
- Auditory processing assessment and treatment
- Custom hearing protection
- Custom swimming earplugs
- H.E.A.R. classes for new hearing aid users and their families
- Auditory Brainstem Response assessment (ABR)
- Tinnitus assessment and treatment (for ringing or buzzing in the ears)
- Assessment of work-related hearing loss
- Community education programs
- Vestibular/balance assessment and treatment (for balance or dizziness)
