“I've been going to Sue for decades and she's extremely knowledgeable. I recently thought my hearing aid's rechargeable battery was dead and she saw me the same day. It turned out that it wasn't my battery. Sue tested me and said I had sustained sudden hearing loss in my right ear, a medical emergency. She helped me get an appointment with my ENT right away so I would have the best chance of having at least some of my hearing restored. While not all of my hearing has returned after treatment, she literally saved me from total hearing loss in that ear. I am so thankful!”

When I received the information packet in the mail, it was very thorough including not only their address but it specified which building and what floor so I didn't have to wonder around aimlessly trying to figure out exactly where to find them. My audiologist Jennifer was very pleasant to deal with. I have been wearing hearing aids since 2014, yet I learned so much from her, she paired them to my iphone for me and gave me invaluable tips which have helped me tremendously. All her explanations were clear and concise :) The entire office staff was amazing. If there was a "10" rating, I would rate them a "10"”
