“When I first came here, Angie was the Doctor Who took care of me and she was awesome. Recently I’ve had issues with my hearing aids. I went in a month ago and told them that one of them does not turn on when I take it out of the charger I have to put it in out of the charger to get it to turn on, they said they reset it. It should be fine less than a month later. I’m back again telling him that same problem is affecting me. My hearing aid does not turn on when I take it out of the charger. They told me to come to the office and they would send it in for repairs. Once I got to the office, the repairman Aaron told me it works fine when he puts it in the charger, he doesn’t know what the problem could be. I said it only happens first thing in the morning and he said well, Try taking that particular hearing aid out of the charger first and see if it changes.?????!”
