Dr. Kelly Churchill is the founder and owner of Advanced Hearing Care and has practiced audiology and hearing instrument dispensing in southern New Mexico since 1993. She has over 35 years of clinical experience, including lecturing, clinical supervision of students and research. Dr. (Frost) Churchill earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, her master’s degree from the University of Iowa and her doctorate in audiology from the Arizona School for Health Sciences. Her passion in helping connect her patients to their families and friends through better hearing.

“Dr Churchill was awesome. I am in town for grandson’s wedding and couldn’t hear. She got me right in the same day, cleaned out wax clogging them and dehumidified them. Also was very patient and explained that in Indiana I need a dehumidifier for them. In and out in less than 30 minutes!”

“The practitioner we saw was very rude and moody with our two year old just because he wasn’t doing as she wanted in the hearing test. We told her he’s been in and out of the hospital since birth and has a hard time trusting anybody in the medical field. She didn’t care and said we need to have him evaluated by a therapist for behavioral issues. Funny thing is, he has therapist since birth since he was a preemi to track his development. He’s been on track with them all. She was scolding our son for not sitting still after a he just woke up from a nap in my wife’s arms. Mind, he’s been sick on and off since birth. She didn’t let him play with her bubble machine that she was trying to give him at first to keep him occupied and not to cry after he calmed down and wanted it and quote said, “ no sir you’re a very bad boy and don’t deserve to play with the bubbles anymore!” It took all my strength not to scream at the top of my lungs in defense but hey I’m not disrespectful nor would want to stoop to her level. All in all I hope someone with integrity reads this and doesn’t just dismiss this because we deserve an apology from HER personally and the clinic. I do not recommend taking your children because they’ve shown me that they don’t have patience for them. Overall disgusted. ”

“I went to another hearing center and was not pleased with them at all. I then heard about Expert Hearing. I made an appointment and I will never go to any one else. I love going there the staff is very friendly,professional and knowledgeable. “She explained everything really good because it was not an easy thing to face that my hearing is no good, but she made me feel comfortable. It's kind of hard to accept that your hearing is not what it used to be. They were just really good, very professional. She moved trough each phase with out any issue. She explains everything, so you know exactly how everything will work. She doesn't just tell you "everything is going to be just wonderful" when you first get your hearing aids, because that's what people think. She let me know it is going to be an adjustment.”

Expert Hearing Care provides high-quality professional hearing health care to the communities and patients that we serve. All our providers are board-certified Doctors of Audiology, with a combined experience of over 45 years. We offer our patients a 75-day no risk evaluation period with their hearing instruments. Additionally, all hearing instrument purchases come with Complete Hearing Healthcare that provides the patient with on-going check-ups, cleanings and hearing tests for life, plus free batteries for the first three years.
