Joseph Carter is the Chairperson of the Department of Otolaryngology. He earned his Medical and Masters degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and specializes in hearing and balance issues including pediatric patients. He provides full hearing care services and will help you with all of your hearing issues.

The MetroHealth System Audiology department is a division of the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery and we are staffed with Audiologists that have earned a Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited university graduate program, are certified by the American Speech, Language Hearing Association, and are licensed by the State of Ohio. They provide complete hearing care services including specialized Auditory testing and dispensing technology advanced hearing aids.
