“We had an appointment for our daughter we got their on time the lady at the front desk was very rude they refused to see us because they said we should have been there 30 minutes earlier. Although we were never told over the phone when making the appointment to be there that much earlier. We drove in from out of town and they turned us away the older lady at the front desk is very rude. We went ahead and rescheduled at the time but as soon as we got outside me and my daughter looked at each other and decided we didn't want to go to a place that had such rude staff. I will never recommend the hearing part of the rehab. ”

“ Wanted to have my Mothers hearing evaluated, but was unable to even get through the appointment process. They have no regard for their patients time or convenience. I find this to be unacceptable considering they are a non profit and claim to be here to serve the "needs" of the community. Don't buy this line of bull. I am sad because my parents donated lots of money and time over the years in good faith. Just wanted to share my experience. Needless to say we will be going elsewhere. I tried in good faith to resolve this through a supervisor but received more runaround and double talk. I would not recommend them to anyone. ”
