“The audiologist was excellent. Great at her job and patient care. Staff was very kind and professional. My only issue was, other people barging in both of the rooms, while I was being tested, and carrying on conversations, louder than the sounds I was hearing in the headphones. I could even hear them louder than the tones played, while I was in the third location, the “soundproof booth”. Very strange for them to do this repeatedly. The audiologist just continued through the interruptions and did a great job. Would give a perfect review if not for that. Otherwise grateful for excellent care.”

“This hearing center is not customer or patient focused at all. They truly don't care so if you are looking for a hearing center that will help you, don't go to them. I just had breast cancer and the surgeon waited for me, texted me back in 2min. This place couldn't even call me back within a day when my son lost his hearing aids! I called twice and they said I'm sure someone will get back to you. They didn't. Hearing when you're a child or adult is too important for you to put your hearing in thier hands. ”
